Sales Conditions:
Requesting a place at an event either by hand,email, letter, fax or submitting an on-line form, constitutes a legally binding contract.
Concessions:
Limited concessions, including student and group discounts may be available upon enquiry but this will depend on the conditions of funding for each event.
Transfer of tickets:
Bookings may be transfered to other people but we would ask that you inform us of any changes so that we can we can keep you informed as appropiate. We reserve the right to make additional charges if discounted tickets are transferred and the discounts no longer apply.
Cancellations:
For cancellations received up to 28 days before the event we will give a refund of 90% of the amount paid. Regretably we cannot give refunds for cancellations received 28 days or less before the event. Cancellation requests should be emailed to ruth@climate-change-solutions.co.uk or posted to Cancellations, Climate Change Solutions Ltd, The TechnoCentre, Puma Way, Coventry CV1 2TT
Event, content, timing and cancellation:
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Climate Change Solutions Ltd to change the programme content, timings and speakers. In the unlikely circumstances of the event being cancelled, a substitute event will be arranged, but Climate Change Solutions Ltd disclaim any further liability.
